Correct measurement requires regular calibration of your equipment, determined by the measurement accuracy requirements of your application.
Whatever calibration interval you select, Rohde & Schwarz recommends a complete re-adjustment at the calibration interval.
This will asure that your equipment will remain within specification for the next calibration interval.
